2. Information handled by the app

Information stored on your device

The app stores your saved instruments and limited operational preferences on your device. Virtual strategy balances and positions are processed locally in memory for the current app session. This information supports app functionality and is not intended to identify you. You can remove stored preferences by resetting the relevant feature or deleting the app.

Network and service information

When the app requests market data, news, images, or service availability, our servers and infrastructure providers may automatically process an IP address, request time, requested resource, response status, and basic device or network metadata. This information is used to deliver content, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and protect the service.

Information you choose to send

If you contact support, we process the contact details and message content you provide so that we can respond and keep an appropriate support record.

5. Retention and international processing

Device-stored preferences remain until you reset them or delete the app; in-memory paper scenarios end with the app session. Operational server records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No networked system can guarantee absolute security, and market-data availability may be interrupted.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. WSE-World is not directed to children under 18, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
